AYANDA - the new name of our company

Probio Nutraceuticals AS, Gelkaps GmbH have merged to build one company. The new company is a wholly subsidiary of ProBio ASA.

We have now brought these businesses into one company, and the name for our new combined business is Ayanda.
Ayanda has Zhulu/Xhosa origin from South Africa, and means to grow, prosper and multiply. This reflects the mergers and it also indicates our strategies for the future.

We will bring the new business into the top level of the supplements and pharmaceutical industry in Europe. We will strive towards "Ensuring people´s health" by focusing on innovation, quality, customer service and relationship management.
